There was consensus that the tree in the picture was in decline and that unfortunately because it was situated over public right of way (deemed a risk) it has to be removed.
We were asked to remove it to a 16-foot monolith finished with a coroner cut to increase the surface area as habitat for fungi and micro-organisms.
