Here at Bristol Tree Services all of our tree surgeons are extremely professional and hold the correct accreditations. Health and safety is a top priority for all of our arborisrs and you can always expect a safe and efficient service from us.

All works are carried out to BS3998, using AFAG guidelines. We are also registered waste carriers and try to recycle 100% of our waste as either fire logs or wood chip for Bio Fuel.

So it’s been a heavy week here at BTS we have been taking down these 5 Pines due to subsidence issues. It’s jobs like this which are bitter sweet, 5 magnificent trees, yet 5 magnificent days of hard graft and solid work. 8 loads of wood and 6 loads of Woodchip but we can safely say the stumps are ground and we are done!! Another year! Being Arb Approved means a lot to us, as it shows we are compliant in Health and Safety and show a good level of knowledge and tree care. The AA scheme is a SSIP recognised scheme and is free specific, there are around 400 tree contractors in the UK with this accreditation.

So the lads have had an interesting few days removing this fallen Beech in Keynsham, the tree had failed@over the road and pedestrian footbridge, closing the highway and the public access. Due to@the high winds and weather conditions mechanical mechanical assistance was out.
